Carpeta de 3 solapas color gris con documentación sobre el Consejo de Planificación Regional de Educación Superior (CPRES). Se trata de 1 foja con la "Información Nº 79/96" de agosto de 1996, que da cuenta de que la IV reunión se realizó en la Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento (UNGS). Le sigue otra nota ("Enviada por Fax") con aviso manuscrito: "mandó el Rectorado" en el encabezado, del 12 de diciembre del mismo año. En ella se invita al Rector a la "V Reunión Ordinaria". El tercer grupo documental (17/12/1999) es el segundo borrador del proyecto. El último grupo, tiene nota manuscrita con el título.
